OCR works. Translate a total fail

OCR seems to work well but every translation fails. Hit the translate button and a "FAIL" error pops up. Same on both iPhone and iPad. If you want translation you need to copy the OCR text and paste it into Google Translate. Support website is useless and they do not respond to emails. 3 stars.
